Your practical design partner

We help businesses show up with clarity and confidence. Through strategic branding and thoughtful design, we’ll create a visual identity that connects with the right people and feels consistent everywhere your customers meet you.

I’m Amy, the designer behind Splitpants.

As a South Australian graphic designer with over 25 years of experience, I’ve worked with all kinds of businesses. Over the years I’ve found that the most enjoyable projects are those opportunities that allow me to help good people show up confidently, and consistently.

Splitpants is intentionally boutique. You work directly with me, not a rotating team, and you’ll get thoughtful guidance, tidy files, and a clear process from start to finish.

I started my career at Delmont, a well known Pre-Press house in Adelaide, which gave me a solid grounding in the technical side of print and design. Moving to Melbourne for a few years I gained valuable experience in both agency and corporate environments such as George Patterson Bates and the ANZ Bank. Returning to Adelaide in 2004, I set up Splitpants Productions. Since then I’ve worked with businesses of all kinds, from sole traders to professional service providers, and the thing I find most satisfying is helping businesses look as good as they really are.

Good design should make business easier.

Good branding isn’t just about looking professional. It’s about being clear about your business’s purpose and values, who you’re talking to, and how to show up consistently.

At Splitpants, we ask a lot of questions before we begin designing, because the right design direction comes from understanding your business, not just your preferences. The result is branding that feels true, holds up over time, and actually makes business easier.
