How design support works...

Step 1 – Quick onboarding

If Splitpants has already created your branding, we’re ready to go. If not we will discuss your needs and complete a quick onboarding process before we begin.

Step 2 – Send requests as needed

Email your request with key details (dimensions, deadline, text, where it’s being used etc.). If it’s a bigger project, we can chat first.

Step 3 – Design + revision

You’ll receive a draft, we refine it with your feedback, and then I finalise files ready for use.

Step 4 – Delivery

You’ll receive the correct file types sent to your inbox.

Typical turnaround:

Depends on the size of the project and our current workload, but most small items are completed within a few business days.

Frequently asked questions

No you don’t. 

If you have a style guide and branding already in place, thats great! We are happy to work with you to create artwork that fits with your vision. Even if you don’t have a style guide we can create artwork that supports your brand.

Absolutely! We are happy to work within your existing branding guidelines.

No this is not a retainer package. We simply work with you when required, at an agreed hourly rate, invoiced monthly.

For the first project there will be a quick onboarding process. After that, each project is easy:  

1. Email your design request, with design specifications and creative brief.

2. I’ll create the design and send it to you for review. 

3. With your feedback I’ll make any required revisions.

4. Delivery of final files. 

Yes, I will supply you with print ready files.

Absolutely! If you are happy to meet me online we can Zoom from anywhere.

If you are located in Adelaide, I’d be happy to meet face-to-face, but otherwise, all communication will be online or over the phone.
