No you don’t need to have a Brand Audit first.
However, if you are unclear about what your brand needs, then a Brand Audit is a helpful way to assess how your brand is looking and determine your next steps. The good news is that if you decide to proceed with either the Builder or Elevator branding packages the cost of the Brand Audit will be deducted from your total.
The Brand Audit is optional, especially if you know what you need, or are just starting up. You can definitely dive straight into a branding package, or design support.
If you already have a logo, thats great! We can refine it and build a branding system around it. It may still be helpful to go through the strategy of the Brand Audit, Builder or Elevator packages, to ensure that our refinements reach the right target audience.
Having said that, if you simply want me to tweak the logo, and provide you with the files you need, the Starter package may be the right fit.

Our branding packages include 2 rounds of revisions, with clear feedback provided through your unique Project Portal. This gives you the opportunity to request changes as we collaborate to refine your designs.
With design support, your revisions are unlimited.

With the Builder and Elevator packages the strategy we explore is your visual strategy. We analyse your brand foundations, audience and competitors to determine the best way to make your brand stand out visually and appeal to your target audience.
We do not do marketing or business strategy.
Absolutely! We are more than happy to work with your preferred suppliers on any project.
If you don’t already have someone lined up for your project we can refer you to our trusted suppliers or arrange printing quotes.
Absolutely! We can arrange print quotes from our trusted suppliers for any of your printing needs.
Each of the branding packages have a different timeline. The usual turnaround times are as follows:
At the beginning of your project, we will craft a design timeline around our current capacity and your requested dates. We will confirm the timeline before proceeding with the project to ensure you know what to expect.
With design support, timing will depend on the size of the project and our capacity, but we will always discuss it with you so that you know when to expect it.
