Wine Label: Fernfield Wines Gold Leaf Reserve Shiraz

I had the pleasure of working with Scott and Rebecca on their flagship wine, the Gold Leaf Shiraz. This wine was special. Hand picked during back-to-back drought years with some of the lowest yields on record. With only 330 bottles of this artisan basket pressed wine made, it scored 95 points from Wine Orbits’s Sam Kim. 

Such a beautiful wine deserved a beautiful label, and thats what we achieved.

In February 2023, Fernfield Wines announced that it had won a national award and in July it was featured in Grapegrower and Winemaker magazine.

Our Gold Leaf Reserve label won the Australia & New Zealand Wine Label Award, which is pretty cool for our little winery and our label designer Amy Herman at Splitpants Productions. Be sure to check her out if you need graphic design or custom artwork done!
